I started running when I was at school running for Derby AC before heading to America on an athletics scholarship to Providence, RI under renowned coach Ray Treacy. Once I returned to the UK I signed to be a part of the Professional Squad at Team New Balance Manchester before coaching myself to a British Champs silver medal the 2021 London Marathon and subsequently the Olympic Games in Tokyo.

I'm from a running family, its in my blood. Both my parents were international athletes and I started my journey when at Aldershot, Farnham & District AC. In 2018, I ran my first London Marathon finishing 8th overall and winning the British Marathon title. I have gone on to run a 2.25 marathon and lead the NYC Marathon deep into the race in 2024 narrowly missing the Top 10. I currently represent Puma on the roads!
